Tomato Pork Kebat Stir Fry

Method:
1. In a pan, heat some oil to a medium heat. Add onions, stir fry for 1-2mins. Add pork; stir fry for 3-4mins to sear and cook. Add peppers; stir fry for 2-3mins or until cooked..
2. Add Burmese Lime Leaf & Lemongrass Paste ; stir fry for 1-2mins.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and orange juice; mix well and simmer for 2-3mins to desired consistency. Garnish and serve.

300g tinned chopped tomatoes
300ml orange juice
1.2kg sliced pork
200g sliced onions
400g diced peppers
Chopped coriander to garnish
