Sticky Lemongrass-Chilli Pork Bao Buns
GET READY TO COOK
Method:
1. Fry onions until caramelised.
2. For dressing, combine Burmese Lime Leaf & Lemongrass Paste with sweet chilli sauce.
3. Add 200g dressing to pork; mix well and heat. Add onions; mix well.
4. Steam hirata buns and spread each with a little mayonnaise; add pork and finish with dressing. Garnish and serve.
Ingredients:
180g Burmese Lime Leaf & Lemongrass Paste
270g sweet chilli sauce
20 hirata buns
100g mayonnaise
500g cooked pulled pork
250g sliced white onion
Optional garnish: sliced spring onion, crispy onions
