Middle Eastern Tahini Baked Hake
Get ready to cook
1. Whisk Mozambican Coconut Piri Piri with yoghurt, tahini, lemon juice and zest.
2. Place fillets on a lined baking tray. Top each fillet with dressing and bake in oven until cooked. Garnish and serve.

50g tahini paste
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
10 hake fillets (or other white fish)
Chopped parsley to garnish
