Algerian Lamb Merguez Burgers
GET READY TO COOK
Method:
1. Combine patty ingredients until well mixed; leave to marinate overnight in the chiller or at least 30mins. Form into 10 equal patties. Oven grill / pan-fry until cooked.
2. Combine dressing ingredients together.
3. Spread burger buns with mayonnaise. Build burger from bottom bun: add lamb burger, 1 Tbsp dressing, feta, salad and cover with top bun. Serve.

200g crumbled feta cheese
150g mayonnaise
Salad (e.g. sliced tomato and cucumber)

100g sweet chilli sauce
