A rich blend of sweet cinnamon, turmeric and paprika infused with uplifting zesty lemon, it is a ready-to-use paste that lends itself to crafting opulent tagines and stews, marinating meats for a flavourful Moroccan twist and making North African dressings for salads, flatbreads and finger foods.
EASY USES:
Marinade - Mix 1 tbsp with 1 tbsp sweet chilli; rub onto chicken, lamb, fish & tofu
Tagine - Heat 3 tbsp with 3 tbsp passata & 3 tbsp stock for a tagine sauce
Dressing - Mix 1 tbsp with 2 tbsp yoghurt for flatbreads, kebabs & salads
