Street Food Inspiration
Sri Lankan Curry Paste originates from a meal cooked for us by a friend’s Sri Lankan grandmother. Every time we taste this dish, we are reminded of lush green hilly tea plantations and delicious home cooking!
Layer cooked by hand using over 15 herbs and spices and fragranced with shredded coconut and aromatic curry leaf.
Make a CURRY by adding coconut milk and chicken/lamb.
STIR FRY with chicken/beef, chickpeas & a dollop of cream.
Mix with Greek yoghurt to MARINATE chicken; grill.
