Zesty Lemon Couscous (V) (VGN)
Get ready to cook
Method:
1. Place couscous in a large pot. Add boiling water and mix well. Cover and let water absorb for 5mins.
2. Add Mexican Chilli Orange Paste, lemon zest and coriander; mix well and fluff with a fork. Serve immediately.

750g dried couscous
950ml boiling water
200g Mexican Chilli Orange Paste
Zest of 1 lemon
15g chopped coriander
