Thai Drunken Beef
Get ready to cook
Method:
1. Stir fry onions until soft and golden. Add peppers and carrots; stir fry for 2-3mins. Add beef, stir fry until cooked.
2. Add Lemongrass Sambal Paste and sweet chilli sauce; mix well and heat through.
3. Add gin and chopped herbs; mix well. Serve immediately
Ingredients:
300g sweet chilli sauce
1.2kg thin sliced beef
200g diced white onion
300g diced peppers
300g sliced carrots
2 tablespoons gin
15g chopped mint
15g chopped coriander
