Sticky Singapore Coffee Ribs
Get ready to cook
1. For dressing, mix 150g Shandong Sweet Paste with 150g sweet chilli sauce; set aside.
2. Mix coffee with remaining Shandong Sweet Paste; brush onto ribs.
3. Pre-heat fan oven to 180°C. Bake ribs for 15-20 minutes until heated through and caramalised.
4. Drizzle or brush ribs with dressing and serve.
