
Smoky Cranberry Turkey Burger with Cinnamon-Onion Jam

Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix turkey mince with breadcrumbs, Shandong Sweet Paste, cranberries, parsley and smoked paprika. Form into 10 equal patties then pan fry or oven bake to cook.
2. Prepare the onion jam in the meantime by heating a saucepan to medium heat. Add a little oil then red onion. Lower heat and slow cook for 20-30mins, stirring regularly, until onions soften and caramalise. Once ready, add Shandong Sweet Paste and cook for 1-2mins, stirring. Set jam aside.
3. Assemble burgers by spreading buns with mayonnaise. To each bottom bun add lettuce leaves and carrot. Add turkey patty, cheese slice and top with onion jam. Cover with top bun and serve.
