GET READY TO COOK
Method:
1. For curry dressing, mix Sri Lankan Curry Paste with mayonnaise and mango chutney.
2. Slice each bun open. Slide in sausage and top with curry dressing and fried onions; serve with wedges.
Ingredients:
150g mayonnaise
50g mango chutney
10 sub rolls
10 grilled pork sausages
200g sliced fried onions
