Filipino Sticky Soy Sprite-Marinated BBQ Chicken
Get ready to cook
1. Whisk Nasi Goreng, sprite and tomato puree until well combined.
2. Place chicken in a tray. Add marinade and mix well; cover and set in the chiller to marinate for at least 30mins, preferably overnight.
3. Pre-heat fan oven to 180°C. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked. Alternatively preheat gas grill to medium-high heat, oil grill and grill chicken for about 20mins, turning every 2mins, or until cooked.
400g Nasi Goreng
1 can 330ml sprite
20 boneless chicken thighs
100g tomato puree
