
Sticky Singapore Guinness Marinated Ribs

Method:
Ribs
1. Place ribs in a large bowl. Add Guinness Draught and Shandong Sweet Paste. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour. Add corn starch and mix well to ensure ribs are evenly coated.
2. Deep fry ribs until cooked and golden. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large pan, combine sauce ingredients. Bring to boil and stir to thicken. Add fried pork ribs and toss until evenly coated. Serve with Sesame Fried Rice.
Sesame Fried Rice
1. In a large pan, stir fry carrots and green beans for 2-3mins. Add rice, Korean Bulgogi and sesame seeds; mix well and stir fry until piping hot.
2. Plate up rice and serve with Sticky Singapore Guinness Marinated Ribs and sliced cucumber.

2kg pork ribs, cut into individual ribs
300ml Guinness Draught
200g Shandong Sweet Paste
4 tablespoons corn starch
Sauce
200g Shandong Sweet Paste
200ml Guinness Draught
200ml sweet chilli sauce
Sesame Fried Rice
200g Korean Bulgogi
1.2kg cooked white rice, chilled overnight (approx. 400g uncooked rice)
200g shredded carrot
200g finely chopped green beans
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 cucumber, sliced to garnish
