Smoky Coffee-Braised Pulled Pork Tacos
Get ready to cook
1. Mix coffee into 150g Mexican Chilli Orange Paste; add and toss cooked pulled pork to flavour.
2. For dressing, mix 50g Mexican Chilli Orange Paste with 50g sour cream.
3. Top each taco with pulled pork, toppings and dressing.
200g Mexican Chilli Orange Paste
400g slow cooked pulled pork
1 strong expresso shot
10 soft mini tortillas
Toppings (shredded lettuce, black beans, diced red onion, corn)
50g sour cream
