Roadside BBQ Chicken with Cinnamon Mayo Dressing
Get ready to cook
1. For dressing, mix 150g Mexican Chilli Orange Paste with 150g mayonnaise.
2. Score and marinate chicken pieces in 250g Mexican Chilli Orange Paste for at least 30 minutes.
3. Pre-heat fan oven to 180°C. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked.
4. Top each chicken thigh with 1 tablespoon dressing; garnish and serve.
