Get ready to cook

Method:
1. Toss everything together in a baking tray until evenly coated in sauce. Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan. Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven for 20-30mins or until piping hot. Uncover and fluff rice with a ladle. Garnish and serve. 
2. Alternatively stir fry rice in a large pan with ingredients and Nasi Goreng Paste until piping hot. Garnish and serve.

Ingredients:
450g Street Food Nasi Goreng Paste
600g leftover chicken/beef, shredded
400g sliced frankfurters
850g leftover vegetables / vegetable trimmings (e.g. broccoli stems, cauliflower leaves, carrot tops)
1.6kg leftover chilled rice
Chopped coriander and lime wedges to garnish
