Mexican Bean Chilli Mac ‘n’ Cheese (V)
Get ready to cook
1. Cook macaroni as per packet instructions; drain.
2. In a large casserole dish, add beans, tomato soup and Mexican Chilli Orange Paste; mix well and bake in a fan oven at 180°C for 10-15mins.
3. Mix in cooked macaroni and cheese. Bake for a further 10-15mins until golden.
4. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
250g tinned kidney beans
250g tinned black beans
200g tinned cream of tomato soup
500g dried macaroni
500g grated cheddar cheese
Optional: Diced red onion, spring onion and more cheese to garnish
