Korean Apple-Sesame Pulled Pork Loaded Fries
Get ready to cook
Method:
1. Toss cooked pulled pork with Korean Bulgogi to flavour.
2. For dressing, mix sweet chilli sauce with Lemongrass Sambal Paste.
3. Divide fries into 10 portions; top equally with pork, cheese and dressing. Place under warmer for cheese to melt.
4. Garnish and serve.
Ingredients:
200g Korean Bulgogi
150g Lemongrass Sambal
600g cooked pulled pork
1.2kg cooked fries
500g grated mozzarella
150g sweet chilli sauce
¼ bunch chopped spring onion to garnish
2 teaspoons white sesame seeds to garnish
