Korean Apple Marinated Bulgogi Beef
Get ready to cook
1. In a large bowl, add Korean Bulgogi paste to beef strips. Mix well until beef is evenly coated.
2. Add shredded carrot and sliced spring onion; mix well.
3. Leave to marinate overnight.
4. Pan fry or griddle until cooked; garnish and serve immediately.
1.5kg thin cut frying beef steaks, cut into strips
400g Korean Bulgogi paste
200g shredded carrot
¼ bunch spring onion, sliced
White sesame seeds, to garnish
About this dish
Serve with white rice.
