Herbalicious Crispy Chicken Waffles
Get ready to cook
1. Prepare chicken goujons according to packet instructions.
2. Meanwhile, place avocado and 75g Cuban Chimichurri in a bowl; roughly mash then set aside. Make the dressing by whisking 225g Cuban Chimichurri with crème fraiche and Dijon mustard.
3. Warm the waffles for 2-3mins in the oven then spread with smashed avocado. Top with chicken goujons, dressing and chopped parsley. Serve.
