Goan Spicy Mango Chicken Kati Roll
Get ready to cook
Method:
1. In a bowl, combine chicken with Masala Goa Paste and yoghurt; marinate for at least 1hr then pan fry or grill until cooked.
2. Pan fry onions and peppers until caramelised; set aside.
3. For masala chutney, mix Masala Goa Paste with mango chutney.
4. To assemble, spread each chapatti bread with 1 tablespoon masala chutney and 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt. Add chicken, fried onions and peppers and shredded lettuce. Fold and serve immediately.

150g Masala Goa Paste
100g Greek yoghurt
1kg diced chicken thigh
Masala Chutney
25g Masala Goa Paste
125g mango chutney
Chapatti
10 chapatti breads
150g Greek yoghurt
150g diced white onions
150g diced red pepper
100g shredded lettuce
