Goan Cumin Grilled Chicken served with Mango-Mint Raita
Get ready to cook
Method:
1. For marinade, combine Masala Goa Paste with yoghurt. Score chicken thighs and coat with marinade. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Grill or oven bake at 180°C for 30-35mins or until cooked.
3. For raita, whisk ingredients together. Drizzle over cooked chicken and serve immediately.

20 boneless chicken thighs
200g Masala Goa Paste
200g Greek yoghurt
Mango-Mint Raita
50g Masala Goa Paste
50g mango chutney
200g Greek yoghurt
15g finely chopped mint
