Cuban Chilli Mint Chorizo Burger
Get ready to cook
1. Grill or pan fry beef burgers until cooked.
2. To assemble, spread the top and bottom sides of each bun with mayonnaise.
3. To the bottom bun add salad, 1 grilled beef burger, 1 tablespoon Cuban Chimichurri, 1 cheese slice, 2 pieces thin sliced chorizo, 2 slices gherkins and 1 teaspoon mustard.
4. Cover with top bun; press down and serve immediately.
200g Cuban Chimichurri
10 beef burgers
10 brioche buns
10 mild cheese slices (e.g. swiss, edam)
20 pieces crinkle cut gherkins
20 pieces thin sliced chorizo
50g American mustard
Salad (e.g. lettuce leaf, tomato slice)
