
Cauliflower Buffalo Hot Wings
Get ready to cook
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place panko bread crumbs in a bowl.
2. For the batter, combine vegan milk with flour and Mexican Chilli Orange in a bowl. Dip florets in the batter, shaking off excess batter, then dip into panko breadcrumbs. Lay the breaded cauliflower in a single layer on the baking tray. Drizzle with oil and bake for 20-25mins or until crust is crispy and golden brown*.
3. For the dressing, whisk Mexican Chilli Orange with hot sauce and ketchup. Once wings are ready, toss in the sauce and serve immediately.
*alternatively, the breaded cauliflower can be deep fried for 10-15mins or until golden.

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
75g all-purpose flour
150ml soy, almond or cashew milk
50g panko breadcrumbs
Sauce
50g hot sauce or sriracha
100g ketchup
