Baked Bali Beach Noodles
Get ready to cook
1. Place noodles in a pot and pour over boiling water to cover. Set lid and leave to cook for 15-18 mins until al dente. Drain.
2. Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan. Place noodles in a baking dish. Add Nasi Goreng Paste, chicken, frankfurters and vegetables; toss and mix well until evenly coated with sauce.
3. Bake for 12-15 mins, stirring halfway. Garnish and serve.
450g Nasi Goreng Paste
600g cooked shredded chicken
350g sliced frankfurters
900g stir fry vegetable mix / dry coleslaw mix
750g dried wheat noodles (to make approx. 1.6kg cooked noodles)
Optional: Coriander and lime wedges to garnish
